PROCESSING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please allow up to 2 days for your order to be processed before it is sent out. 

If your order is urgent please contact us on (08) 9511 1097 during business hours to check we can get it sent out quicker for you. 

Even though we can get your order packed quickly and sent out for delivery, unfortunately, we have no control over the length of time your parcel takes to arrive once it leaves our hands. We have endeavoured to find the quickest and most direct shipping option for our customers but if there is an issue with the length of delivery time, please let us know and we can pass on your complaint to the courier directly.

In the rare event of a missing or delayed parcel, please contact us asap. We will do our best to help locate your parcel and sort the problem out for you.

Please remember we are located in WA. This stands for Western Australia, but can also stand for "Wait Awhile". Orders to other parts of the country make take longer than expected and we apologise in advance for this.
